Description: Flow States 3 was generated using a novel algorithm that controlled horizontal and vertical path motion based on independent smoothed fields, which produces more swirling and spiraling flows compared to a more typical single-field approach. The color palette was based on samples from Werner's Nomenclature of Colors (1821). Each flow line was drawn, then layered beneath flowing tiles along its path. This is a three-part limited edition series, with five prints of each that are produced on-demand. No other images from this code and no additional copies will be sold after those.
